Audience registration: During on-site or online registration, collect the following information: name, gender, ID number, mobile phone number, email address, position, company name, website, country/city of residence, address, and postal code.

Email subscription: When applying for the EDM service, collect the name and email address.

Automated collection: This includes IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, device identifiers, usage data (such as click streams, visited pages), and location data (only used for location-related services).

Health and Safety: At the exhibition site, health data may be collected through temperature screening and hygiene monitoring, or sensitive information may be handled in emergency situations.

Audio-visual recording: Images or videos are collected at the event location through cameras and closed-circuit television (CCTV).

Purpose of Use

Perform contractual obligations (such as providing exhibition services);

Personalized delivery of industry news and advertisements (via phone, email, text message, etc. You can unsubscribe at any time);

For promotional purposes (if using portraits, separate consent is required);

Ensuring service security and improvement.

If the usage exceeds the above-mentioned limits, we will obtain further consent. Exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations (such as public safety, national security, etc.) are excluded.
